Used for allergic rhinitis and other inflammatory conditions.

Adult Dose :

• 2 sprays per nostril once daily

Pediatric Dose :

• 1 spray per nostril once daily (children ≥ 2 years)

A potent corticosteroid used for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and nasal polyposis; it reduces inflammation and edema in the nasal passages, thus improving symptoms like stuffiness, sneezing, and runny nose, enhancing overall nasal function.

Hypersensitivity to mometasone or other corticosteroids. Untreated localized infections (e.G., tuberculosis, herpes simplex).

May cause adrenal suppression, nasal irritation, or delayed wound healing. Use with caution in glaucoma or immunocompromised patients. Prolonged use may lead to growth suppression in children.
