FLUTICASONE PROPIONATE (100MCG/250MCG/500MCG) + SALMETEROL (50MCG)
ANTI-ASTHMATIC
In regular treatment of asthma and in severe patients with copd
Adult Dose :
- Asthma – adults and adolecents 12 years and over flutiair s- 100 /250/500 one inhalation twice daily; copd – flutiair s 250 one inhalation twice daily
Adolescents Dose :
- Children 4 years and older flutiair s 100 one inhalation twice daily,flutiair s is not recommonded for children under 4 years of age .
A combination of fluticasone propionate, a corticosteroid, and salmeterol, a long-acting beta-agonist (laba), used for the management of asthma and copd. It helps to control inflammation and relax airways, improving breathing and reducing symptoms.
Hypersensitivity to fluticasone, salmeterol, or any components of the formulation.Primary treatment of acute asthma attacks or severe, unstable asthma.
Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease,hypertension, and hyperthyroidism.Monitor for potential worsening of respiratory symptoms; adjust dosage as needed.Caution in patients with a history of seizures; may lower seizure threshold.Longacting betaagonists can increase the risk of serious asthma episodes when used without an inhaled corticosteroid
