SAVA Herbals manufacturing facilities are built to comply GMP with state-of-the-art infrastructure. The facility is equipped with dedicated aqueous and solvent extraction blocks and equipments.
Our 50,000 square foot nutraceutical complex is designed keeping in mind the international standards and incorporates necessary measures to prevent cross contamination and safety aspects.Our ultra-modern manufacturing facility has an installed capacity to manufacture 200 metric tonnes of herbal extracts per annum. Our three storied dedicated spray dryer has a capacity of 200 liters per hour.
SAVA Herbals manufacturing practices ensure superior quality of extracts with minimal levels of heavy metal and solvent residue. Validated production processes ensure batch to batch consistency. Clean ecofriendly and sophisticated environment, backed by highly dedicated production personnel enables us to produce high quality herbal extracts at a competitive price.
